Ohanaeze Ndigbo expressed their form stand in its advocacy for systemic change within NNPC's leadership framework, having previously highlighted the urgent need for a strategic overhaul given the multiple years of operational stagnation and subpar executive oversight, adding that the recent dismissals of Umar Ajiya, former Chief Financial Officer, and Oritesemeyiwa Eyesan, former Vice President (Upstream), are candidly seen as pivotal and crucial maneuvers that signify the administration's unwavering commitment to rooting out inefficiencies and promoting excellence in our nation's petroleum sector.
